CUSTOMER HOSTING PRODUCT AGREEMENT EXTENSION

Infinite Thinking Solution (hereinafter referred to as "ITS") AND you (hereinafter referred to as "Customer")

HAVE

entered into a Customer Master Agreement effective from April 15, 2010 of which this "Customer Hosting Product Agreement Extension" is a part.

WHEREAS ITS provides Web Hosting Services;

WHEREAS the Customer wishes to place an Order for Web Hosting Services ("Hosting Order") through the ITS;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual promises, benefits and covenants contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt, adequacy and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, ITS and the Customer, intending to be legally bound, hereby agree as follows:

1. Rights of ITS
While certain attributes of the Hosting Order may consist of unlimited resources, Customer recognises that the Hosting Order is a shared hosting service, and that the ITS has the right in its sole discretion to apply any hard limits on any specific attribute or resource on the Hosting Order at any given time without notice in order to prevent degradation of its services, or incase of any breach or violation or threatened breach or violation of this Agreement, or incase ITS learns of a possibility of breach or violation of this Agreement which ITS in its sole discretion determines to be appropriate, or to protect the integrity and stability of the ITS Products, or to avoid any liability, civil or criminal, on the part of ITS and/or Service Providers, or for any other appropriate reason. The Customer agrees that ITS and Service Providers, and the contractors, employees, directors, officers, representatives, agents and affiliates, of ITS and Service Providers, are not liable for loss or damages that may result from any of the above.

2. Terms of Usage
Customer, or its contractors, employees, directors, officers, representatives, agents and affiliates, either directly or indirectly, shall not use or permit use of the Hosting Order, in violation of this Agreement, and for any of the activities described below -

1. As a backup/storage device
2. For any unacceptable or inappropriate material as determined by ITS in its sole discretion, including but not limited to
   • Topsites,
   • IRC Scripts/Bots,
   • Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers,
   • Pirated Software/Warez,
   • Image Hosting Scripts (similar to Photobucket or Tinypic),
   • AutoSurf/PTC/PTS/PPC sites,
   • IP Scanners,
   • Bruteforce Programs/Scripts/Applications,
   • Mail Bombers/Spam Scripts,
   • Banner-Ad services (commercial banner ad rotation),
   • File Dump/Mirror Scripts (similar to rapidshare),
   • Commercial Audio Streaming (more than one or two streams),
   • Escrow/Bank Debentures,
   • High-Yield Interest Programs (HYIP) or Related Sites,
   • Investment Sites (FOREX, E-Gold Exchange, Second Life/Linden Exchange, Ponzi, MLM/Pyramid Scheme),
   • Sale of any controlled substance without prior proof of appropriate permit(s),
   • Prime Banks Programs,
   • Lottery Sites,
   • MUDs/RPGs/PPBGs,
   • Hateful/Racist/Harassment oriented sites,
   • Hacker focused sites/archives/programs,
   • Sites promoting illegal activities,
   • Forums and/or websites that distribute or link to warez/pirated/illegal content,
   • Bank Debentures/Bank Debenture Trading Programs,
   • Fraudulent Sites (Including, but not limited to sites listed at aa419.org & escrow-fraud.com),
   • Mailer Pro
3. Use over 10% of system resources, including but not limited to memory, cpu, disk, network, and bandwidth capacity, for longer than 40 seconds in any consecutive 3 hour period
4. Execute long-running, stand-alone, unattended server-side processes, bots or daemons
5. Run any type of web spiders or indexers
6. Run any software that interfaces with an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) network
7. Run, host, or store any P2P client, tracker, software, server, files, content or application, including bittorrent
8. Participate in any P2P or file-sharing networks
9. Run any gaming servers
10. Run cron entries with intervals of less than 15 minutes
11. Store over 100,000 files
12. Constantly create and delete large numbers of files on a regular basis, or cause file system damage
13. Use excessive resources which in the ITS's sole discretion result in damage or degradation to the performance, usage, other users, other orders, and any of ITS's services
14. Store a large number of media files (audio, video, etc.), wherein the limit is at ITS's sole discretion

3. Email Advertising
Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited email, from a ITS server or using an email address that is maintained on a ITS machine is STRICTLY prohibited. For general reference, we consider spam any email that is sent to more than 20 people at a time that did not ask for it to be sent to them. If a client is identified as spammer, we will immediately investigate, and if proven true, the account will be terminated immediately and the client will be liable to cover all damages caused and the costs of any penalties imposed by law. All payments made by said customer will not be refunded.

ITS will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. Opt-In email is acceptable, as long as Opt-Out/Removal request are fully honored. Please make an effort to limit outgoing mail on your account to no more than 300 pieces per hour.

4. Network and Server Security
Violations of system or network security are prohibited, and may result in criminal and civil liability. Examples include, but are not limited to the following: Unauthorized access, use, probe, or scan of a systems security or authentication measures, data or traffic. Interference with service to any user, host or network including, without limitation, mail bombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks, forging of any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header information in an email or a newsgroup posting.

ITS have the rights to use any black listed IP filter provided by any anti spamming/hacking society. If your IP is blocked by any of the above mentioned society, ITS will not be responsible and you need to contact your Internet Service Provider about your problem.

5. Free Domain Name (Hosting: pay anually)
You will get FREE domain (com, net, org, biz, info, or name) if you choose to register new domain, when making order. If you use your current domain when making the purchase, there is NO FREE domain. FREE domain is only valid when you follow the above.

6. File backups and restore
ITS is not responsible for website management or files lost or damaged by users. Website construction and management is the responsibility of the client. We backup data in every accounts weekly, including mysql database, however, we are not liable to any data loss in the event of technical problems. Therefore, client-maintained backup of all site files is recommended and should be maintained outside of ITS's facilities, or in your local PC.

7. Hardware Failure
ITS stands behind all equipment on our network. Faulty hardware is rare, but cannot be predicted nor avoided. ITS utilizes only name brand hardware of the highest quality and performance. ITS will replace all faulty hardware affecting performance levels of equipment ASAP, which includes hardware issues that cause server crashes or speed issues. Hardware failure resulting in complete network/server outage/downtime will be corrected ASAP from the problem identification.

8. Lawful Purpose
ITS reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Customers may only use ITS's server for lawful purpose. Transmission of any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, material protected by trade secrets, child pornography and satanic materials. ITS expressly forbids anyone from using ITS's servers for the propagation, distribution, housing, processing, storing, or otherwise handling in any way the above, or any other material which we deem to be objectionable. The designation of any materials as such described above is left entirely to the discretion of ITS's management.

ITS's services are intended for the end user only. Customers cannot sublease, subhost, or give away control of any portion of ITS's resources. Doing so could result in immediate account cancellation.

Your password is considered private and is not to be given out to any third party outside your organization.

9. Payment Policies
If make and order, we will create invoice for your account. If we did not receive any payment Seven (7) days after your order, we will cancel your order. We will activate your account once we received the payment. We accept payment through Maybank, Eon Bank, Public Bank, Alliance Bank or Paypal.

10. Disclaimer
ITS will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer for any reason, including negligence on our part. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by ITS and its employees. ITS makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied about the services we provide. ITS specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. ITS reserves the right to revise our policies at anytime.
